ORDER TIMELINES

For shipping orders: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to get your order ready. Some items like herbs and botanicals may be made to order and may require longer lead times. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Disclaimer: Working with crystals and stones is a spiritual practice and we cannot guarantee any stone will have an impact on the individual's physical or mental health. We can not make any guarantee or claim that crystals and stones will have physical impacts on the body or illnesses. This is a personal practice of connecting to the Earth through their energies and should not be a substitute for traditional medicine. 

REFUND POLICIES 

ONLINE SHOPPING SHIPPING POLICY:

We will gladly issue a credit or refund on items returned to us within 7 business days with their original tags and in original condition. All refunds will be for the value of the product only minus a 10% restocking and energetic clearing fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. After 7 days no merchandise may be refunded. Refunds with customs charges will be deducted from the total. 

Please note: Ceremonial ritual tools are nonrefundable to ensure their potency and efficacy in their spell work. Each candle is timed by specific moon rites in ceremony. We enforce this policy to avoid energetic contamination, altered resonance, and uphold their integrity and power.

Jewellery, Herbs & Botanicals are non-returnable/non-refundable.

Please note that crystals and minerals are formed naturally and their size and shape varies. Please allow some variance of from the picture and understand that no two stones are ever a like. Many stones have naturally incurring inclusions and cracks that are natural to their form. We do our best to ensure that all of our stones have been energetically cleared and are packaged with care and love.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We’ll gladly accept unused product minus ceremonies ritual tools, herbs, candles. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow a week to a week and a half for your return to be processed once received at our store.

You can send items back to us using any trackable/insured shipping method. Duty must be pre-paid for returns. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns.
